CFP Functional Fitness for Kids is a fun engaging fitness programme designed specifically for children ages 4-12.

Our classes focus on teaching kids proper movement patterns in a safe and supportive environment, while helping them build confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love for exercise.

Through a mix of age-appropriate workouts, functional movements, and play-based learning, kids not only stay active but also develop essential physical and mental skills. Whether it’s running, jumping, lifting, or laughing—every session is crafted to keep them moving and having fun!

16h30 adult classes on Mondays and Wednesdays

Our CrossFit Kids classes run during our 16h30 adult classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays – so your kids can train while you do! It’s the perfect way to enjoy fitness as a family and model healthy habits.
